How a one-week automation rollout actually runs

Day one is a 20-minute call and a look at how documents currently move. Nothing is installed. The output is a short list of the two or three tasks that consume the most time.

Days two to four are build: the chat integration, extraction rules, categories mapped to your accounts, and the destination — Sheets, Drive or your bookkeeping tool.

Day five is a live job. The crew keeps working normally; the only new instruction is to send receipts to the group chat they already use.

Week two is tuning. Edge cases from real receipts are folded into the rules, and the monthly report format is finalized.
